River Trail Village is 588 beds of on-campus student housing at Napa Valley College.
Challenge
Napa Valley College had built no housing in its history, and its students commuted to campus.
Vision
We built 280 units on campus, a mix of dorm rooms and apartments, with the Napa River trail running through the project.
Results
The three buildings were delivered in 2024 with the Napa Valley Community College District and Mitsui Fudosan and financed with tax-exempt bonds through Citibank. Leasing opened ahead of schedule, and first-year occupancy beat projections.
