The Pearl on Wilshire is a 346-unit apartment building in Koreatown with 8,300 square feet of ground-floor retail and 530 parking stalls. The rooftop terrace has Korean barbecue grills.
Challenge
A vacant 2.20-acre parking lot on Wilshire Boulevard in Koreatown, one of the densest and least-built neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
Vision
We built 346 homes over ground-floor retail within walking distance of the Metro.
