Overview

27 North is 119 units and more than 487 beds of student housing in San Jose, with study rooms and a pool.

Challenge
Downtown San Jose had an underused parking garage two blocks from San Jose State University, and no purpose-built student housing next to the campus.
Vision
We replaced the garage with a seven-story, 130,000-square-foot building designed for San Jose State students.
Results
Delivered in 2017 with Symphony Development, CityView and LACERA.
