- Challenge
- An office building on four acres in Costa Mesa, in an Orange County rental market that had been adding almost nothing at this scale.
- Vision
- We designed the 240 apartments for the SoBeCa arts district next door and commissioned a mural by Shepard Fairey for the building.
- Results
- Delivered in 2018 with CityView and Red Oak Investments. Sold in 2019 at what was then a record per-unit price for mid-rise rental in Orange County.
