Overview
1100 Wilshire is a 37-story former office tower in downtown Los Angeles, built in 1987 and converted to 228 condominiums over 10,000 square feet of retail, with a pool deck on the 17th floor.
- Challenge
- A 37-story tower on Wilshire, finished in the 1980s and never leased. It stood on the far side of the Harbor Freeway, which the market at the time read as outside downtown Los Angeles.
- Vision
- We converted the office floors above the 16-story garage into condominiums, each floor with views in every direction.
- Results
- Acquired and re-entitled in 2004 and delivered in 2006.
