Overview
AV8 is a six-story building in San Diego's Little Italy, with 129 apartments over roughly 7,800 square feet of retail.
- Challenge
- A former aviation factory site in San Diego's Little Italy, and a complex one to build on. Little Italy was still an emerging submarket at the time.
- Vision
- The building was certified LEED Platinum. We named it AV8 for the aviation factory that had stood on the site.
- Results
- Delivered in 2018 with CityView and sold in 2020.
