- A half-built building on a ground lease in the Dogpatch, carrying City requirements for affordable housing, historic rehabilitation and a nonprofit childcare center.

- We finished the building, including the childcare center the City required, then leased the homes and commercial space together as one property.
- Results
- Delivered in 2012, with a 6,200-square-foot childcare center in the commercial space.
