Edson House is a 91-unit multifamily community in Oakland's Pill Hill neighborhood.
Challenge
The developer who built Edson House was over-levered and needed to sell. The building sits in Pill Hill, beside the Summit and Kaiser Permanente medical campuses.
Vision
We bought the stabilized, seven-story building from the developer, a short walk from both campuses.
Results
91 units acquired in 2022 with STARS REI and financed by JPMorgan Chase.
