Ambrose was planned as 220 homes over about 1,950 square feet of ground-floor retail at 2929 Broadway in Oakland's Pill Hill. As developer, The Martin Group took the project through entitlements and building permits. It did not proceed to construction, and the firm stepped away from the project.
