This 8-story, 333-unit residential development is called Webster Eleven. The project showcases a 10,000-square-foot public art piece designed by Julie Chang, a San Francisco-based artist who designed the ground floor of the Grand Hall at the Transbay Terminal. The art piece is a collaboration with Oakland art manufacturer Magnolia Editions. The developers underwent more than 90 public meetings to build community support for the project.
