Joint Venture Formed for The Valiant in Berkeley

The Martin Group, Valiance Capital and Canyon Partners Real Estate formed a joint venture to build The Valiant, 83 units and 262 beds at 2538 Durant Avenue in Berkeley's Southside, and closed a senior construction loan from Kennedy Wilson. Construction started immediately, targeting delivery ahead of the 2026–27 academic year.
